By using Hilo, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
Hilo is a daily word game. Ogam Labs may change, fix, or remove features, content, puzzles, prices, or availability to maintain and improve the app.
Permitted use
You must use Hilo personally and lawfully. You must not try to manipulate purchases, ads, scores, progress systems, app security, or integrated third-party services.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store and are also subject to Apple's terms. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed from your Apple account.
Pro features are enabled when the app can verify a valid purchase or subscription. If you cancel or Apple cannot renew a subscription, Pro access may end at the end of the relevant period.
Ads
The free version may include rewarded ads for hints and interstitial ads at limited moments. Ad availability may depend on your region, connectivity, consent, and providers.
Content
Hilo's puzzles, texts, names, design, brand, and other content belong to Ogam Labs or its licensors. You may use the app to play and share results through built-in features, but you may not copy, resell, or exploit the content outside that use.
Availability
We try to keep Hilo available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee it will be free from errors, interruptions, or changes. Some features may require connectivity, Apple services, or external providers.
Limitation of liability
Hilo is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Ogam Labs will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or issues arising from use or inability to use the app, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
